Seasonal Event Helper / Warehouse Support
Help the crew in the warehouse and at event sites as the day’s needs change.

- Load, unload, move, and stage equipment.
- Help with tent and event setup and breakdown under crew leadership.
- Clean, sort, and organize returned equipment.
Schedule
Based on event demand. May include weekends, early starts, late finishes, and changing assignments.
What helps
No previous work experience is required. Construction, landscaping, moving, setup, or warehouse experience can help. Bring dependability and a willingness to learn.
Physical work
Active indoor and outdoor work, with regular lifting up to 50 pounds and team lifts for heavier items.
Where you will work
Based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Our team prepares equipment in the warehouse and supports events across Hampton Roads. This role involves working on site.
