How early should I reserve backyard rentals?
Reserve large tents and peak-season dates two to four months in advance when possible. Smaller equipment can often be scheduled about two weeks before the event, subject to availability.
Can a tent or inflatable be installed in my yard?
It depends on the available space, access, surface, overhead clearance, underground utilities and weather. Share measurements and site photos so the team can review the setup.
How long can I keep the rentals?
Many tables, chairs, tents and small games are weekend rentals kept from Friday to Monday. Large inflatables and certain delivered equipment may be same-day rentals.
What happens if severe weather is expected?
Outdoor equipment may need to be canceled or rescheduled when severe weather or high winds threaten safety. The options available for your order will be reviewed with you.
