How early should I reserve graduation rentals?
Graduation weekends are popular, so reserve large tents, stages, backdrops and peak dates about 2 to 4 months in advance when possible. Smaller equipment can often be reserved about 2 weeks prior, subject to availability.
Can I rent equipment for both a ceremony and a party?
Yes. Share both schedules and locations when requesting a quote. The team can determine whether one rental order and delivery plan can support the ceremony, reception, open house or backyard celebration.
How long can I keep tables, chairs and smaller rentals?
Many tables, chairs, tents and smaller items are weekend rentals kept from Friday to Monday. Delivered items and large equipment may follow a different schedule stated on the invoice.
What payment is required to reserve the date?
A 50% non-refundable down payment secures the date and equipment. It may be transferred to another available rental or date, subject to availability and invoice terms. Final payment is generally due 3 days before the event.
What time should I expect delivery and pickup?
Standard delivery routes operate throughout the day, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Time-sensitive or exact-time delivery may be available for an added fee and must be stated on the invoice.
