How early should we book a corporate event?
Reserve large equipment, tents and peak-season dates about 2 to 4 months in advance when possible. Smaller gear can often be reserved about 2 weeks prior, subject to availability. Rentals that require staking need at least 2 weeks so required utility marking through 811 can be scheduled.
Can we request an exact delivery time?
Standard delivery routes operate throughout the day, generally between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Time-sensitive or exact-time delivery may be available for an additional charge and must be listed on the invoice.
What is required to secure the date?
A 50% non-refundable down payment secures your date and equipment. It may be transferable to other available rentals or dates, subject to availability and invoice terms. Final payment is generally due 3 days before the event.
Can Party People Rentals support a multi-category order?
Yes. Share the complete event plan so tents, seating, staging, audiovisual equipment, power, entertainment and service requirements can be reviewed together. Availability and service levels vary by order and location.
