How early should we reserve for a December party?
Book peak holiday dates, tents and large equipment two to four months in advance when possible. Smaller orders may be available closer to the event, but selection can be limited.
Do you offer heaters for outdoor holiday events?
Selected climate-control equipment may be available depending on the tent, site, power or fuel requirements and weather. The equipment must be reviewed for the specific setup.
When should we expect delivery?
Standard delivery is scheduled between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. unless an exact-time or time-sensitive delivery service has been purchased and listed on the invoice.
What is required to secure the rentals?
A 50% non-refundable but transferable down payment is required to reserve the date and equipment. Final payment is generally due three days before the event.
