What information is needed for a public-event quote?
Provide the site address, event hours, estimated attendance, site map, surface types, power access, delivery route and the equipment being considered.
What is required for equipment that must be staked?
At least 2 weeks is required so utility marking through 811 can be scheduled. The organizer must also confirm property permission and any site restrictions.
Can severe weather affect festival equipment?
Yes. Inflatables and outdoor setups may be canceled or rescheduled when severe weather or high winds threaten safety. The quote and invoice will identify applicable terms.
Can delivery and removal happen at exact times?
